Javi went vegetarian when she was only 14 years old and has been vegan for over 15 years now. She combines her Nutrition and Corporate Communications degrees at Koa Natural Foods where she is innovating in the organic snack space. She sits on the board of the Toronto Vegetarian Food Bank and volunteers for several other organizations pertaining to food security, animal rescue, and youth mentorship. Javi is passionate about spending time with family, being outdoors with her 2 dogs and travelling.
